When You Align with Your True Self, Everything Changes—And You Don’t Have to Do It Alone
Let’s be real—have you ever felt like you were forcing yourself to fit into a version of YOU that just wasn’t quite right? Like you were following the “shoulds,” dimming your light, or showing up as the person you thought people wanted you to be? Yeah… same.
For years, I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I ignored my intuition, quieted my own voice, and went along with things that looked good on the outside but felt all kinds of wrong on the inside. And you know what that got me? Burnt out. Frustrated. Disconnected. I was showing up, but I wasn’t alive in the way I wanted to be.
Then, one day, I had a moment—the kind where your soul basically shakes you and says, "Hey! Stop this! You're meant for MORE!" So, I listened. And everything changed.
Why Aligning with Your True Self Changes Everything
The moment you stop living for everyone else and start showing up as the real, unfiltered, powerful YOU, things start shifting FAST.
You stop forcing things that aren’t meant for you.
You attract people who genuinely see and support you.
You feel lighter, freer, and more in flow—because you’re no longer fighting against yourself.
Alignment isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been. It’s about dropping the act, trusting your intuition, and choosing to walk a path that actually feels like yours. And when you do? Everything—from your energy to your relationships to your opportunities—starts to align with you, too.
How to Start Aligning with Your True Self
Not sure where to start? Here are a few ways to reconnect with YOU and start living in alignment:
Get quiet & listen to your intuition. Spend time alone, meditate, or journal—your inner voice is speaking, but you have to create space to hear it.
Let go of what isn’t yours. If you’re living by someone else’s expectations, beliefs, or rules, it’s time to ask yourself: Do I actually want this? If the answer is no, release it.
Say YES to what lights you up. If something excites you, makes you feel alive, or sparks joy—follow that feeling. It’s leading you somewhere important.
Surround yourself with people who support your growth. You become who you surround yourself with. Find the people who inspire you, challenge you, and remind you of your magic.
Get support. Whether it’s through Reiki, energy healing, a Wild Soul Photoshoot, or deep soul conversations, sometimes we need reflection and guidance to help us see ourselves clearly.
The Power of Community: Why You’re Not Meant to Do This Solo
For a long time, I thought I had to figure it all out by myself. That healing, growth, and stepping into my magic was a one-person job. And let me tell you—that mindset is a fast track to frustration and burnout. We are not meant to do this alone.
Think about it—healing happens in connection. Magic happens when we feel seen, supported, and uplifted by the right people. The kind of people who remind you who you are when you forget. Who reflect your light back to you when you can’t see it yourself. Who hold space for your growth without judgment.
That’s why I created Her Wild Soul—to be a space where you can heal, grow, and align with your true self—without feeling like you have to do it all alone. Whether it’s through energy work, soulful conversations, or simply being in a space where you’re SEEN for who you truly are, this is a reminder that you are supported. Always.
So, if you’ve been feeling out of alignment, disconnected, or just a little lost, let this be your sign to:
Come back home to yourself.
Trust that you are meant for more.
Let yourself be supported in the process.
